Western Pacific Roofing has developed within our Service Department a system that provides for the quickest possible response from us without tying up your valuable time on the phone relaying information.

Our "Fax-A-Leak" agreement form is used by the majority of our customers when our services are required. All necessary information is given on the form and faxed directly to our Service Department.

Here is how it works:

1. You agree to use WPRC as your roof service providers.
2. When you have a leak call from one of your clients, you fill out the "Fax-A-Leak" form and fax directly to us.
3. We attach the "Fax-A-Leak" to our leak call work order, call your client and set up an appointment or as instructed by you.
4. The service call is logged in to our system for ease of tracking should you need a status report.
5. It's that simple!
